What our clients say
We could spend this whole page telling you we’re great. Easier to let our clients do it.
Below is twenty-five years of kind words from people we’ve worked with across Northumberland — hoteliers, holiday cottage owners, architects, solicitors, photographers, training providers, and a fair few small businesses we’ve helped get off the ground. Some quotes are short, some are long, and a few mention us by name — which is the part we’re most pleased about.
The same reviews (and a few more) live on our Google Business Profile and Facebook page, if you’d like to see them in their original homes.

Terry creates beautiful websites by interpreting his clients needs effectively and clearly.
His mastery of the technical details enables him to smoothly guide the uninitiated beginner through the complexities of digital technology. I can highly recommend Terry, who has built and maintained our three lovely websites.

Terry has done amazing work to create my website and has guided me through the whole process with much patience.
His calm approach and knowledge are of great value to a technophobe like me. Give him a shout for your design work or website building.

As a campsite business in Northumberland we were keen to use a local company for the design and development of our new website which has just been launched. We are so pleased we found Terry who provided an excellent, high quality service and was extremely patient with my constant questions, changing of my mind and indecision - always responding quickly to my numerous emails. Our website looks great, we're so pleased.
Terry was excellent at explaining the complicated stuff (complicated to me anyway!). We're so lucky to have such a great company on our doorstep. Such a fantastic local business. Would highly recommend

We have been working with TWDA for a number of years, initially as a start up, when Terry worked in partnership with us to design the brand and logo for our holiday property business. He then built our website and taught me how to manage certain elements myself. He was always on hand, however, to help when I couldn't understand what to do or to undo a mistake! He was able to to help connect our website to third party diaries and payment systems to ensure everything worked.
As our business has expanded TWDA have been able to work with us to add further properties and web pages, and more recently more build specific branding and logos we have needed. A very talented, responsive and local company that we are so glad we found!

We've used TWDA for loads of stuff - website and brochure designs and filming/editing. We are so thrilled with the consistent quality and originality of the work, and great communication and service too. Highly recommended! 🙂
Blown away by both the quality and the speed at which Terry created a fully functioning website. The whole process from start to finish was seamless. Highly recommend TWDA!!
Terry and Sarah have been so great and helpful to work with. They are always responding to emergency situations and very willing to help.
I couldn't recommend them any higher.
TWDA have created a fantastic website for our business, building from the ground upwards with very detail considered. Logo design was spot on, and we couldn't have asked for a better job.
Although we retain admin access for the smaller updates, Terry remains on hand to sort out any glitches and requested changes which he does without question or delay.

Terry created a very professional website for us with the minimum of hassle. Since the website has been up and running, he has also been a great source of assistance to us “non-techies.
TWDA has done two websites for me. Both have been first class. They are easy to use and look great. I highly recommend Terry and Sarah to do your website.
I have found Terry’s knowledge of the internet and websites-building to be at the very forefront of the industry, and I believe my website is a testimonial to this.
I have also greatly appreciated his gentle manner and his endless patients. Terry has always gone the extra mile. I would highly recommend his service.
