RMT Technology – Website Redesign

RMT Technology is a Newcastle-based IT support and managed services provider, part of the Sumer Group. They needed a website that reflected their personal, client-centred approach and made their full range of services easy to understand, from remote monitoring and management to cyber security and IT consultancy.

We designed a clean, professional site that presents RMT as a trusted IT partner rather than just another tech supplier. The layout pairs a modern look with simple navigation, so prospective clients can quickly find the service they need, and each key section is structured to guide visitors naturally towards getting in touch. We have been working with TWDA for a number of years, initially as a start up, when Terry worked in partnership with us to design the brand and logo for our holiday property business. He then built our website and taught me how to manage certain elements myself. He was always on hand, however, to help when I couldn't understand what to do or to undo a mistake! He was able to to help connect our website to third party diaries and payment systems to ensure everything worked.

As our business has expanded TWDA have been able to work with us to add further properties and web pages, and more recently more build specific branding and logos we have needed. A very talented, responsive and local company that we are so glad we found!
