The creation of the “Sue Reed Writes” website by TWDA Creative Services involved website design and an eCommerce platform. The strategy was to develop an online space that not only functions as a marketplace but also vividly embodies the essence and literary talent of Sue Reed.

In the development phase, our priority was to blend aesthetic appeal with functionality, by organising the website layout to ensure an intuitive navigation experience, enabling visitors to effortlessly explore Sue Reed’s catalogue of products and services. The eCommerce integration offered a seamless and secure purchasing process for customers.

Our graphic design efforts were pivotal in establishing a visual identity that truly resonates with Sue Reed’s brand philosophy. We selected a colour scheme that reflects the creativity inherent in Sue’s writing and opted for typography that is both legible and stylistically consistent with her branding. Such deliberate design choices significantly contribute to a compelling and memorable digital presence.

The visual content, including imagery and graphics, was carefully chosen and crafted to align with and enhance the written content, amplifying the site’s overall attractiveness. These design elements collectively highlight the uniqueness of Sue Reed’s literary work and related products.

We have been working with TWDA for a number of years, initially as a start up, when Terry worked in partnership with us to design the brand and logo for our holiday property business. He then built our website and taught me how to manage certain elements myself. He was always on hand, however, to help when I couldn't understand what to do or to undo a mistake! He was able to to help connect our website to third party diaries and payment systems to ensure everything worked.

As our business has expanded TWDA have been able to work with us to add further properties and web pages, and more recently more build specific branding and logos we have needed. A very talented, responsive and local company that we are so glad we found!
